Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle @ Ping Hooi Cafe, Carnavon Street Penang.

People who knows me will definitely know that I'm a big fan of Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle.
When it comes to Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle, what I emphasize would be the prawn broth that must taste rich and fishy enough in order to meet my liking.

By coincident, I've ordered this Prawn Noodle at Ping Hooi Cafe when I was having breakfast with my boss. Having to see that the price is rather reasonable, I've ordered a big portion and further added some pork ribs into my bowl of noodle.

Ping Hooi Cafe is where the famous Tiger Char Koay Teow is located. It is in the mid of Carnavon Street, where it used to be one of the busiest street in Penang famous for trading and wholesaling.
The cafe can be easily spotted as it is just ride beside the main road of Carnavon Street.

This large portion of Penang Hokkien Prawn Noodle is only priced at RM6.00 with additional pork ribs added. The taste of its soup and the mixture of all ingredients was just perfect to my liking. And after my first sip on the soup, I was totally in love with it. Since then it became my favourite place for breakfast.
