The set features traditional favourites like Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Tai Tai, Kuih Bengkang, and Radish Cake, served with a bowl of fragrant Nyonya Curry Noodles — a perfect balance of sweet and savoury that celebrates Penang’s Peranakan heritage. The set also comes with free flow of local coffee or tea, perfect for those who are into local style afternoon tea.

We started off with the Chef’s Signature Beef Meatball, and honestly, it was a solid opener. The meatball was tender, juicy, and had that nice chewy bite that makes you want to go back for another. Simple, flavourful, and definitely a good way to kickstart the meal.

The George Nasi Lemak - RM30

Another highlight on the menu is the George Nasi Lemak, served in a generous portion that’s perfect for a hearty meal. The dish comes with fluffy coconut rice, a fragrant and moderately spicy sambal, and a show-stealing huge L-shaped fried chicken drumstick that’s crispy on the outside and juicy inside — a true dish that represents Malaysia.

On top, you get crispy popcorn chicken that adds a nice crunch with every bite — and the addition of curry leaves made this dish extra special, giving it that unmistakable local touch.

Spaghetti Di Pesce (Prawn Bisque) - RM48

The Spaghetti Di Pesce came with a rich prawn bisque that was packed with flavour. Every strand of pasta was coated in that savoury seafood goodness, and the prawns were fresh and bouncy. If you’re a seafood lover, this one is a must-try because the prawn taste really shines through in every bite. In fact, the flavour is a little bit similar to our local Hokkien Mee, just served in pasta form.

The George Nyonya Curry Noodle came with a broth that was creamy, thick, and full of flavour. Every spoonful was rich and satisfying, with that fragrant coconut base that makes it so comforting. It’s the kind of curry noodle that really warms you up and leaves you wanting another bowl.

Negroni - RM40 | Lime Margarita - RM35

Negroni – Bold, bitter, and aromatic, the Negroni here hits all the right notes. A classic cocktail that’s smooth and perfect for slow sipping. Lime Margarita – Zesty and refreshing with a nice citrusy kick, the Lime Margarita is super easy to enjoy. A great choice if you’re looking for something light and uplifting.

The George Bar isn’t just about one or two signature drinks, they’ve got a full list of classic cocktails to choose from, so there’s always something for every mood. On top of that, you’ll find great promotions on beers, wines, and whiskeys, making it a good spot to unwind without breaking the bank.
