Just like last year, Sarkies @ E&O Hotel came out with their Ramadan Special buffet again for this year.
Just a reminder, Sarkies Corner and Sarkies are different, Sarkies is located at New Wing of E&O Hotel
The choices are variety, their specialties are from asian food to western dishes, seafood, meat, vegetables and more.
There are also rice, noodles, different types of curry.
Red Curry, Kurma, and Rendang. There are beef dishes, lamb dishes and chicken too
Sashimi is also included in this buffet package, I also love their grilled seafood and meat. Especially the scallops and Salmon! <3 p="">
Speak of Ramadan Buka Puasa, for sure there must be some local malay style food for our muslim friends.
Ulam Raja, and also with lots of sambals and malay style appetizers
Even from the appetizer itself has got more than 20 types for you to choose, some times you just don't know what to eat.
The prawn noodle looks so good!
When we talk about Ramadan style, of course there are all sorts of Kuih-Muih, and also some desserts such as Bubur Kacang and etc.
Other than Ramadan style desserts, there are also some western style desserts like cakes and tarts.
Fresh fruits are also available.
I really enjoyed myself so much that I ate a lot during the dinner, below are the food that I had, forgot to take a picture of those desserts and appetizers though.

There are also Cucur Udang, which is my favourite and also Beef Serunding that looks good
Kuah (Sauce) is what matter most among the Muslims, that is where they choose which sauce to go with which dishes, and Sarkies does prepare many types of sauces for customers too
Roasted Lamb! One of my favourite whenever I dine here!
There are also satays and kebab available in their buffet menu

Teh Tarik Master happily preparing Teh Tarik for us. Their teh tarik was too sweet, so remember to ask for less sweet.
